Born in Pietrasanta, in the heart of Versilia, he graduated in the same city from the Stagio Stagi State Institute of Art. Having fallen in love with design during his final year, he decided to enroll at the University of Florence, specifically in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Industrial Design with a focus on Product Design.

During his university years, he took part in several workshops in collaboration with companies such as Piquadro, BPT Group (Came S.p.A.), and the fashion house Giuliano Fujiwara.

These experiences led to several significant projects: • “Hug Bag”, featured in the book La borsa trasformabile, 30 progetti innovativi di borse business and presented at The Convertible Bag, an event organized by Piquadro during the 2008 Fuorisalone; • “Cubo”, a home-automation terminal exhibited in 2011 at the Ecocentrica exhibition in La Spezia; • “Loto Armchair”, published in the book Prodotti e complementi per l’arredo di alta gamma. Un’esperienza progettuale per Giuliano Fujiwara. During this period, he also joined the Viareggio-based studio Gum Design as an intern. He graduated with highest honors, earning an experimental research thesis titled “Archi di Tempo wall clock.”

In 2021, the “Splash” vase, designed for Up Group, was selected by Artemest for the AQVA exhibition held in the elegant setting of the Senato Hotel Milano during Fuorisalone. In 2024, the freestanding washbasin “Juno”, designed for Rapsel, was included in the Longlist of the Archiproducts Design Awards.

In 2025, the “Velo” lamp, designed for Budri, won the Archiproducts Design Award in the Lighting category.

Guided by the motto “in direzione ostinata e contraria” (“in a stubborn and contrary direction”), he aspires to design with the intention of surprising, seeking to shape and influence the creative synthesis of the design process, opening the way toward new expressive languages of meaning in contemporary Design.
